The lily (also called king’s train) is one of the most classic forms of napkin folding. It can be used in modified variations.

1.
Spread out the napkin and fold diagonally once. The motif points outward.

Fold the two tips to the middle.
3.
Fold up the lower two tips.

Fold the lower tip to the center and repeat this step twice. It creates a triangle again.

The right and left corner are folded back and put together. Pull the resulting loose corners downwards or decoratively put into the edge.
